Where is Your Competitive Edge?

Oh come on, don’t lie, we all know you have it.  Everyone likes to be correct, right? Right.  (At this very moment, I am so sure that I am correct about this, that I am gloating.)  So why not use that well-known fact?  Are you interested in market research or simply engaging your audience?  A well-constructed question can do either– or even both.

Surveying customers is a great way to gather market research and get feedback from your audience.  But let’s face it, market research is much more engaging for customers when they vote on it – everyone likes to see what everyone else thinks – and share their own opinion’s validation.  Posting fun Facebook questions that involve your audience and get the chatter started is a great way to learn about your market and engage your audience. Pump up your social media strategy by starting the voting and getting people talking.
