Challenge
Our client needed to set up meetings between account managers and key-decision makers in different cities from a target list. This presented the challenge of how to successfully find and reach the appropriate contact within each target city and ultimately schedule meetings with contacts.
Tools
globalHMA ran a direct contact campaign. This campaign was comprised of five steps: poster mailer, email blasts, Roman coin mailer, telephone follow-up, and book incentive. Each step of the way kept the contacts engaged while incentivizing them to go on to the next step.
Results
The campaign surpassed its goal by scheduling meetings with over half of the cities from the target list. globalHMA was able to provide a refined and valuable prospect contact list to our client for future marketing campaigns based on findings throughout campaign mailing and phone calls.
